Attachments via Zendesk

Sometimes our clients or partner companies find it difficult to work out where our attachments are in our emails/tickets as they are used to attachments being physical documents, especially if outlook users, whereas our attachments are sent via our client Attachmentsattention software as links which when clicked upon download the document.  If you are having difficulties, please refer to instructions below:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the last email you received from us.

2. Below the signature of the sender, locate the word “Attachment(s)”.

3. You should see there the name of the document and document type, for example “”Little Village.pdf” as left in image.

4. Click on this name and then the document will download in seconds.

If you still encounter problems, please don’t hesitate to let us know as if needed we’ll send it by normal email as a standard attachment.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
