We work hard to provide our customers with prompt response and transparent information. For this reason you will be able to quickly check details or ask questions you might have using our skype, online chat and phone services during the times below. If we are not online, we can also arrange conversations via Skype or the Live Chat at another time which suits you. In this case please provide us some information about your request and suggest a time and day for a call back using the contact form.
* Office Hours
We are open and attending all the communication means indicated below during the following times, slight variations can exist in cross over moments, i.e. July timetable may start in end of June and August timetable may partly continue into September as usually we change our timetable in first full week of that month. All hours are in CET (Central European Time, GMT+1).

Mid June to mid September
- Monday – Friday: 09.30-14.00
Arrivals and Departures
- For groups or individuals staying in Spark, we of course open for the client or group at the agreed arrival time. All arrival times, if not in office hours, must be communicated and agreed ahead of time as we do not operate a 24 hour reception.

Hello there,
my name is Karin. I would like to attend a regular Spanish class at your school. I was in contact with you before and was told that there is a beginners class on Thursday, 1800 and a more advanced class on Tuesday 1800.
I am not sure which class is right for me, so would like to try them to see what level I am at.
Can you please let me know if this is possible? Can you please also let me know if there is a class tomorrow evening?
