School Group Activities

El Puerto de Santa Maria’s rich culture and fantastic beaches are famous throughout Andalusia and Spain. To discover this authentic Spanish culture, we offer fantastic activities for students to really immerse themselves in the Spanish language and culture. El Puerto is a small and very safe town, offering teachers peace of mind that it will be a hassle-free trip. Furthermore, the town is famous for its rich history, being the home of sherry, the place Columbus set sail from and having the widest bull ring in Spain. Activities:

Tour of El Puerto

Spark chaperone leading excursion
Walking tour, including visit to bullring, church, archaeological museum, castle with drink and snack (sherry tasting optional) and visit to beach

Afternoon activities in El Puerto

1 of the following three options:

2 hours of flamenco classes with flamenco teachers, or
2 hours of padel tennis classes, or
2 hours of arts and crafts workshop

Followed by a visit to the beach
Optional: Language activities with the Spanish teenagers in the English academy *

Sailing afternoon

Private coach transfer
Spark chaperone accompanying, activities led by professional sailing instructors
Sailing activities in bay of Cadiz

Super cool watersports activities

4 hours of water sports activities: catamaran sailing, wind surfing and paddle surfing.

* The timetable above is our reception and client attention hours. All classes and programmes run during the times that have been agreed, including at weekends or holidays if so arranged.

** We close on all holidays and when the school are y normalemente during the academic year. Also we close for apx two weeks in christmas a few days before xmas and when schools go back after los reyes (6 jan). Also in summer we close for 3 weeks during the first 3 weeks of August.
