After my time with Spark and this work experience, I want to say that I have grown as a person. I want to have learned to believe in myself more even when things are hard.
I will also have learned that making mistakes is okay because that is how you really learn and improve. I want to become more independent and organised. Working on different projects like painting the school walls or helping in a team will help me with that.
I will try to be someone who is helpful kind and responsible and I hope others see me like that too. One big goal for me is to improve my Spanish. I want to speak more with teachers students and my host family. I know now that taking every opportunity to speak is the best way to learn a language even if it feels scary at first. I do not want to be afraid of making mistakes anymore.
This experience will also help me learn more about Spain and its culture especially Cadiz and El Puerto de Santa Maria. These places have inspired me and I hope that my projects can also show others how special they are.
By the end of my work experience, I want to say that I have done my best everyday and that I have grown more confident, becoming better at speaking and taking steps towards a better future not just in school but in life.
