After finishing my work experience and Spanish program, I’ll become more responsible and independent, which are important for my personal growth. I’ll do this by planning my tasks well and doing them on my own during the work experience time hours. This will show I can manage my time and tasks better in the future.
Also, I’ll get better at talking to others and working in teams by putting the team’s needs before my own.
People will see me as helpful, friendly, and positive because I’ll work hard and be nice to everyone.
Lastly, I’ll speak better Spanish by talking to my teachers and the family I stay with. I’ll learn that it’s okay to make mistakes as long as I learn from them.
In short, I’ll be more independent and responsible, improve my Spanish, and reach my full potential.
