This work experience is a «project» that is part of our high school. My main goal is to improve my Spanish and to get to know the world of work better. Therefore, I try to talk to my host family as much as possible and make the most of every moment with them. I also try not to be afraid of making mistakes, because I can learn something from them.
Another one of my goals is to become even more independent and handle new situations. As it’s a new experience for me to be so far away from home on my own, I think this is a good opportunity for me to achieve this goal.
I’m really looking forward to getting to know the Spanish culture here and I’m very open to meeting new people and making new friends.
After these three weeks, I would like to see that my Spanish has improved and that I can handle myself well in a new country and culture.
