Mission Statement: Clara Hoffschröer

After I completed this work and spanish program, I will have learned to make decisions on my own and to act responsible. Planning and implementing these projects independently will show me what I am capable of and that is not always dependent on the planning and ideas of others.

From possible mistakes, I will have learned and found out what my potential is and have completely exploited it. This will make it easier for me to find the my path for the future.

Working in a team on a few days has shown me that asking for help does not mean that you are weak, asking for help shows strength and that you are willing to learn something.

Living in a typical Spanish family will show me another way to value life and to realise that life is not one-sided, and to it in every situation. Everything that happens opens up a further possibility. To step into this, I will see as something new and special and not something to be feared. Within my time here, I will always be interested in the unknown.

My manager and fellow staff will perceive me as an open-minded and motivated person, who thinks about solving problems and completing my projects passionately.

Living in a host family, interacting with the fellow staff as a team and buying paint from the closest paint shop trying to talk in Spanish, will bring my Spanish skills to the best possible outcome

To sum up, my self-development started on the first day I stepped into Sparks Spanish. I will have achieved a new character trait of Clara. From the day this Spanish journey end, Clara comes home and is more responsible, confident and above all ready to start new adventures
