My Mission Statement – Hannah

After completing the internship and the Spanish programme, I would like to have developed the qualities of independence and self-motivation as much as possible. In my opinion, these are two of the most important building blocks for realizing my own potential to the best of my ability.

With a high level of independence and self-motivation, I can benefit a lot in life because I will no longer be dependent on external factors such as a boss, but can have an impact on my environment with my own lifestyle. My goal, based on my current experience, is most importantly to show myself, but also my colleagues and my boss, that I handle tasks responsibly. In addition, I will always have a positive attitude and friendly attitude to others.

Also, looking back, I would like to say that I took advantage of all my opportunities. I will remember that I was always open-minded within the language, culture and country and willing to face new challenges. In addition, I would like to be able to reflect on my stay and see that I have improved in the language. However, I don’t think that the language improvement will be the only benefit, but also a development of my mind and myself.

I want to be an inspiration to others, because I set myself goals and I want to achieve them with motivation and a good attitude. If I find it difficult to continue working or face obstacles on the way to my goal, I don’t want to fail, but rather grow. I think that dealing with mistakes or problems can guide me to approach new projects independently. In addition, I would like to think back to the time with great appreciation in El Puerto de Santa María. I would not have been afraid to use my Spanish skills in this city.

Overall, I hope to have acquired new work habits through my daily Spanish life that I can draw on in the rest of my life. In addition, I would like to leave the country with wonderful experiences from the internship, Spanish classes and life at the language school, from which I became more independent, responsible and organised.
