Work & Study: What I have learned
I have been at Spark for six weeks and I am now at the end of my work & study program. In these weeks I have organized cultural events at Spark and wrote blogposts about these cultural activities and Spanish culture and lifestyle here in El Puerto and the Cádiz region. This fantastic progam at Spark provided me with valuable work experience abroad, while learning Spanish and experiencing the Spanish/Andalusian culture and history.

Cultural activities with Spark, exploring Spain’s rich food culture
This week I organized two food related cultural activities in El Puerto de Santa Maria as an intern at Spark for my workexperience program. A pretty good job, right?
It is October but it still pretty hot in El Puerto de Santa Maria, so we started with an refreshing welcome drink on tuesday and ate some delicious tapas for lunch at tapasbar Molinete.

I am a student and intern at Spark for the next six weeks, to improve my Spanish language skills and to gain valuable work experience in Spain. What I like most, is that I can combine my study programme with a work experience programme. Moreover, I will work in an area I am really passionate; Spanish culture.
